The SM North EDSA, is a first shopping mall in the Philippines to installed solar power facility, capable of producing 1.5 megawatts of electricity. Also, SM North EDSA is now considered to be the largest solar-powered mall in the country.
It covered with 5,760 panel which can cover five percent of it's electric consumption.
