30-Day Replacement Period (all products)
Only in Devant, the Devant's 30-Day Replacement Period gives customer the assurance that will exchange all defective unit as part of there commitment to serve consumer better. However, unit for replacement will be evaluated first by Devant's technical representative to confirm if the Deant's Products is not performing according to the Standard.
Personalized Home Service
For Devant's TV only in Metro Manila Area. As per Devant "To our valued customer, we are sending our expert technicians to serve you at the comfort of your own home to do on the spot evaluation and repair". However, if the unit is not repairable on-site, service people will pick your unit and if done, they deliver it on your doors steps. Also, they are going to provide you a courtesy unit.
