My Phone Cannot Receive Calls - Philippines

My Android Phone can't receive local calls and overseas. What should I do, im freaking out.

Do you have signal? If yes, try to switch off your mobile phone for 30 seconds then switch it back on to refresh network connections.

Were you able to receive a phone call after restarting your mobile phone? No, then go Check your phone settings. 

• Call Barring should be not active.
• Call Forward/Divert should not be active.
• Airplane or Flight Mode should be turned off.

Were you able to receive a phone call? No, go check caller dialling procedure. Format should be 11 digit number or "+ or 00"+country code+area/access code+number.

After you made all these step right, you can now able to receive local calls and overseas
