Ways to Reformat and Reset Acer Laptop Factory Default Setting on Windows 8
There are several steps, ways, and procedure to reformat Acer laptop and desktop to bring laptop to its default factory setting without the aid of other media such as recovery image. Just use Acer hotkeys or keyboard combination on windows 8 or Windows 7 Operating system.

The hotkeys for recovery is Alt+F10. By pressing it you will be prompted with a window pane that will guide you to entire process.

The step by step procedure resetting or reformatting Acer Laptops using hotkeys on Windows 8 and Windows 7 are the following;
First, make sure your Acer laptop battery is full or your Acer Laptop is being plug. Because, once the process interrupted you will get back again and start the procedure back to zero, or worst than that, your entire image back-up on your hard disk drive will go corrupted resulting total mess up.
Second step resetting acer laptop, shutdown your PC and wait until it totally off.
Third, when your PC is totally turn off, to begin with resetting procedure on your Acer laptop into its factory defualt, on keyboard press the the Alt button and F10 at the same time.
Fourth, upon pressing Alt+F10, hit the power button to turn your Acer Laptop on. And you will be prompted with an Acer welcome logo and a message please wait will greet you.
Wait until the another Window pane promted to let you choose your keyboard layout.
Fifth, on the windows pane prompted on your Acer Laptop "Choose your Keyboard Layout" you can choose your prefer keyboard layout, in my case im going to choose US, by clicking on it.
Sixth, another set of choices greet you and you have to tick on "Toubleshoot" to refresh or reset your computer or Acer Laptop. Under this tab, you are again prompted with another set of options such as; "Refresh your PC " choose this if your Acer Computer isn't running well just want to refresh it without loosing any files, "Reset your PC" choose this if you want to remove all your files and bring back your Acer PC to its factory default setting, "Advanced Options" just ignore else you can read on it.
Seventh, choose "Reset your PC" and click next then choose a target operating system probably Windows 8.
