Close Deal and Make Money

There are ways and steps to make and close a big sale known as STRIKE. The very first letter is S and that would be the first step to STRIKE and make a big income,S stand for Sell with Enthusiasm. Being prepared is all about being well-presented and having a good understanding of products before a customer enters the store.

There are three kick-off topic to STRIKE within this step. First, Prepare the Store and Yourself, because if a customer gets a bad first impression of either the store or you, you won’t make a sale. First impression counts, this is true, so if you want to ensure to make a good first impression, take time to make your store and yourself as selling personnel clean and neat.

Second, Know and try the product. You need to know your product to make a relevant solution for your customer needs, but it’s the benefits counts, not the features that sell a product. The benefit is much more powerful if it a specific customer need. So you need to know how a product features into a benefit for the customer.

So, what’s the difference between a feature and a benefit?

A Feature is what a product is or does while A Benefit is what it will do for your customer. Here is a simple example a pencil, feature; its six inches long, benefit; you can use your pencil for a long time, and write pages and pages of important information. As simple as that see.

Lastly, the most important thing you need to keep on mind, Greet Customer with Energy, it is very important to make them feel welcome in the store. Also, always use an open question dealing with your customers, open questions are those question cannot be answered with a YES or NO. Open questions help to start a conversation and help you learn more about customer’s need.

Furthermore, do keep in mind some Do’s and Don’ts at the selling area.
