An initial requirements to become authorized service center in Philippines is, it shall be the responsibility of the Applicant's authorized service center to submit, maintain the complete and update requirements and copies, which include;
- Business Registration
- Local Government Permits
- DTI Consumer Service 2 to 5 Star Accreditation
- BIR Registration
- Service Shop Insurance
- TESDA NC2 Certificate / Consumer Electronics Technician Certificate
Responsibilities of an Authorized Service Center - Philippines
Also, an authorized service center also maintain an adequate number of technician and support staff to ensure efficient and quality servicing, within the KPI described below.
The technicians should be qualified and competent, TESDA certified, and are of good moral character. Also authorized service center in Philippines shall acquire Product Service Competency Certification from Brand to ensure that the expertise of its technical staff is updated.
