Skyworth Warranty Policy


2 years warranty on main parts and labor (LCD/LEDTV)

Parts Included in the 2 years warranty period. LCD panel, Drive Board, &CPU Board. Other parts not mentioned on list will be 1 year warranty upon purchased.

While 6 months warranty  for all DVD PLAYERS, PORTABLE DVD PLAYERS, EARPHONE, and HOME THEATER.

Furthermore, Accessories (e.g. remote control, wall bracket, USB freebies) are not included in the service warranty.

Skyworth Policy on replacement of unit


30 days replacement period upon purchase under normal use.

Subject to the following conditions:

The defective unit is checked and evaluated by Skyworth ASC and personnel., and was found not compliance in our standard quality.

All pertinent documents are presented during the claim.

Skyworth Procedure in Request for unit replacement


All units will subject for check-up and evaluation by Skyworth ASC and personnel

If unit are really found defective, dealer will request for a replacement fax to 5551555 together with the Technical Service Report.

After request was received, Skyworth will verify the TSR to our ASC. After confirmation SPC service will re-fax the said request for replacement with note of approval and signature.
