We have here below the exact mail from one its dealer that requesting all inventory of Electrolux washing machine with model EWF12732 to be RTV immediately or return to supplier.
"We have encountered a problem with the new model of Electrolux.
As was communicated by them, their new model
EWF12732 (10148956) had an inverter direct drive feature which helped them in selling.
Upon checking by a customer, the said unit did not have an inverter direct drive, rather, it was just a normal motor.
With this issue, I am requesting all inventory of the said model to be RTV immediately.
Electrolux released an action plan to address the looming problem for all the sold units prior to this discovery.

This seeks to clarify that the Electrolux 7kg front-load washing machine EWF12732 has a universal motor, contrary to the inverter drive feature previously communicated. ln summary, the new Time Manager series' features are as follows:
